The 2012 billboard music awards are taking place tonight It's so exciting because a bunch of amazing and talented artist are being nominated! People like Justin Bieber are nearly nominated for almost EVERY award! Tweets are coming in like crazy about the awards and how excited everyone is for them! It's hard to tell who will win, because there are so many artist nominated for each award. Even people that aren't very well known are nominated, which is great because they are very deserving?
